After School Program Director position available:

The Gallatin Shalom Zone, Achievement in the Making (AIM) program is a faith-based Christian after school program.  The program works with underserved students in grades, 1st-9th.

The program is looking for an After School Program Director with a passion and experience in education and youth development.  The program provides homework help in core subjects of math, Science and Language Arts.  The AIM program operates Monday-Thursday, 3pm-5pm.

The part-time director position will manage 2 to 3 part-time mentors, volunteers and the after school program working with students hands-on, providing homework help, computer skills, enrichment and character development.

Mission:  To develop positive self-esteem in youth involved in the program, work to improve the student’s grades and behavior through supervised after school enrichment and character development activities.

Time commitment:  Monday-Thursday, 2:30pm-5pm

$12 per hour
